Purpose of the position:

The purpose of this position is lead generation, appointment setting and ear to the ground.

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Daily Reporting
  • Daily record management
  • Daily meetings and account planning updating
  • Closing business and delivering on sales targets
  • Sense of responsibility to role and company
  • Contact management plan for all lead and prospect base
  • Account Plans for Key Prospects
  • Ability to cross sell and upsell if required

 

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • Bright and cheerful
  • Persuasive
  • Overcomes rejection quickly and moves on to the next call
  • Able to adapt style quickly to suit those attending meetings
  • Expert cold calling
  • Able to use black book to hit the ground running
  • Has no bars mindset and looks at the bigger picture
  • Happy to talk to all stakeholders C level down
  • Has a strong contact management strategy and active
  • Wants to succeed approach
