Job Summary

Summary:

The “CAD Engineer” will be based in Zhuhai, reporting to Tooling Manager.

Implements design tasks utilizing CAD design techniques and tools. This job category covers both CAD designers implementing high density, surface mount printed circuit boards as well as CAD designers implementing Mechanical designs and A-Surface-Data. The designer may be skilled in one or both disciplines. The role may also include the evaluation of prototype products or samples.

What a typical day looks like:

• 1遵照及服从上级的任务安排并对其负责 Follow Dept. superior job arrangement.
• 2按照客户产品设计基础方案，制定DFM的初步设计方案.In accordance with the customer based product design programs, Preliminary design scheme of DFM.
• 3检查和指导DFM部分细节 Check and Guide DFM some details
• 4按照设计计划和方案，独立完成全3D Layout 设计 According to design plans and programs, independently complete the whole 3D Layout Design 
• 5订购每套模具的材料及模胚等零件Order every tooling steel and mold base and mold components etc.
• 6绘制模具总装配图,系统提交3D图及出加工图、散件图 Draw mold assembling drawing.Submit 3D drawing and process drawing or release parts drawing to TMS system.
• 7跟踪产品试模情况并修模tracking mold trial and modificaton process
• 8参与设计评审participate in design discussions and DFM meetings.
• 9无纸化操作，系统数据的上传及确认Paperless operation,upload datas and confirmation of information in TMS system.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 大专以上学历  college above
• 4年以上  More than 4years
• 模具设计、职业道德、英语、环境意识Mold design、 professional ethics、English、environmental awareness
• 基础英文Basic English
• 1）强硬的模具设计技能；Strong Skill of mold design
• 2）熟悉模具加工工作。Familiar with mold manufacture.​
