Job Summary
The Senior Manager position is within the Marketing Transformation vertical driven by key offerings like Transformative Marketing, Martech, Brand & Creative and Scaled Marketing Services enabled by Generative AI and next-gen capabilities.
The individual would work at the heart of top global automotive and mobility clients and would collaborate on innovative projects while bringing in deep industry knowledge and marketing skills. The senior manager may also be asked to work on other projects affiliated with other industries like Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and Travel, Financial Services, Communications, Media & Technology.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with leading automotive firms to provide marketing services, define the marketing vision, initiatives, roadmap, and business case to achieve strategic objectives.
- Design marketing strategies, audience/segmentation strategies, personalization and optimization strategies, channel strategies for the client.
- Provide solutions for complex client problems across marketing areas, providing subject matter expertise on respective industry.
- Design acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary design involving channels, people, process, policy, compliance/controls and technology.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, assess competitor's product and services strategy, to design strategies for the client.
- Shape the operating model and design processes with an understanding of challenges of automotive clients.
- Drive innovation and bring thought leadership to clients, especially in areas such as GenAI and MarTech.
- Build relationships with key client decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of marketing strategy.
- Manage projects to plan, execute, and deliver content initiatives successfully, including managing timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Lead business development efforts, develop proposal responses, build marketing assets and accelerators for the automotive industry.
- Work in a team of seasoned professionals & use relevant tools to develop business cases, strategic assessments, published written materials.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Deep skills in marketing and digital marketing for automotive/mobility clients.
- Strong knowledge of designing marketing strategies and campaign management.
- Ability to devise customer personas, customer journeys for specific personas, designing customer experiences.
- Strong understanding of key marketing value levers, metrics.
- Understanding of the various avenues available to drive innovative user experiences.
- Fundamental understanding of the functioning of marketing technologies and how they enable marketing strategies.

Experience:
- Overall experience of 12–18 years, with at least 10+ years in modern marketing organizations and data-driven growth strategies.
- Significant experience in the automotive and mobility sector, consulting firms, or OEMs.
- Strategic advisory experience with proven frameworks for as-is diagnostics and visioning workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading marketing strategy, brand architecture, integrated marketing process workflows, organization design, and change strategies.
- Hands-on experience in customer research, insight-led performance engines, customer journey campaigns, and hyper-personalized experiences.
- Experience with leading MarTech tools (Adobe, Microsoft, Salesforce, etc.) and GenAI solutions.
- Strong project/program management experience, including PMO, pre-sales, RFP/RFI/RFQ management, and bid management.
- Exposure to digital trends, immersive experiences, and innovative solutions in automotive marketing.
Educational Qualification: MBA from a Tier 1 institute is preferred with bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
