• Services include: Skilled nursing, skilled therapy, medical social work and home health aide services

Schedule: Full-Time Days Mon-Fri (40hrs/week)

What you'll do: Performs patient care activities for assigned patients and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.

Requirements:

Previous experience preferred, at least one year being in Home Care, related experience.
Auto liability insurance, Clean driving record, Current driver's license.
