What success looks like in this role:

  • Design, manage, and implement compensation and benefits plans across all associate groups and global locations, including executive-level programs.
  • Lead strategic projects with financial and global impact.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, including incentives, health and wellbeing, insurance, retirement, and flexible spending.
  • Contribute to the design of incentive plans for quota-carrying roles, ensuring alignment with performance measures, quotas, and operational mechanisms.
  • Stay abreast of global compensation and benefits trends and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Recommend program enhancements based on evolving business needs, employee feedback, and industry best practices.
  • Integrate compensation and benefits strategies with broader HR initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure premium service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Finance & Accounting to assess the financial impact of plan changes.
  • Ensure external partners understand program goals, performance expectations, and timelines.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external vendor relationships.

  • Deep understanding of global compensation and benefits regulations and trends.
