• People As a consulting analyst, you will work directly with our clients to understand their ambitions and key challenges.

• Processes You will support our clients in a variety of business challenges such as:
  - How to shape an end-to-end digital transformation journey on a global scale?
  - How to reduce risks and secure deliveries in the global Supply Chain?
  - How to transform into a data-driven enterprise and leveraging new technologies – such as AI - to gain competitive advantage?
  - How to optimize end-to-end processes and guide our clients towards increased levels of execution efficiency and effectiveness?
  - How to build an actionable business case to reduce manufacturing cycle time?
• Technology & data Technology as an enabler: You are eager to learn new tools & technologies that are fit-for-purpose and accelerate our delivery to meet client business objectives
  - Although you are not a true data scientist, you are able to work with data to identify key insights to address client-challenges and tell the story behind the data.

Here's what you'll need

• Master’s degree, preferably on the cross-section of business management and technology/engineering;
• Living in or willing to travel to Eindhoven on regular basis
• 0-2 or more years work experience in the High Tech Industry;
• Consulting experience is looked upon favourably;
• Proactive, result- driven individual that is looking to grow;
• Affinity with data analytics and related technologies.

Bonus points if you have

• Experience in Business Process management, Lean Six Sigma
• Familiar with low-code analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx).
• Familiar with Design Thinking,  Storytelling & SAFe
