The Asia & EMEA TA Oversight department provides TA service delivery and business partners oversight, as well as key distribution relationship support, for the funds domiciled in the EMEA Region.

What is GSS Partnership Management (GPM) Team responsible for?

The GSS Partnership Management (GPM) team sits within this group and aims to support the business and its customers through the management of all TA Partners/vendors, ensuring exceptional service is maintained with Franklin Templeton playing a key role in driving market development and change, aligned with its own changing needs. The team will provide key Partner/Vendor relationship support alongside TA governance and oversight for the funds domiciled in the Asia and EMEA region. In line with the Franklin Templeton Code of Conduct, ensuring the highest ethical standards in all aspects of business activities

This role will specialize in communication, marketing and interaction with our eternal partners ensuring the engagement is front and centre of all BAU and project initiatives

What are the ongoing responsibilities of GSS Intern?

  • Assess best in class communication tools and options to achieve maximum impact

  • Communicating and interacting with external business partners

  • Working with key leaders from GSS and stakeholders to ensure data is correct and verified

  • Market, promote and educate business partners on GSS strategy

  • Support projects and provide updates via communication tool

  • Support VP when required on key tasks

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

  • Is fluent in English and Polish,

  • Has current student status

  • Has at least basic knowledge of Excel,

  • Has strong interpersonal skills, as well as diplomacy and tact,

  • Has relevant client service skills,

  • Has strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills,

  • Strong attention to details,

  • Ability to work independently and manage own tasks with limited supervision,

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international environment,

  • Ability to work on team projects and achieve team goals,

  • Ability to maintain knowledge of procedures, products, and projects.
