What You’ll Do:

This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers at different points of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return.

No prior travel experience is required. You’ll use strong customer service skills, clear communication, and a helpful attitude to ensure each customer has a smooth and positive experience.

As a Pick Your Shift employee, you’ll begin with a scheduled, paid onboarding session where you’ll meet the team and get introduced to Avis Budget Group. During onboarding, you’ll complete role-specific online learning and in-person skill assessments to prepare you for success. Once training is complete, you’ll be ready to start selecting the shifts that work best for you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
