Your Role

In your daily job you will:

  • Supporting new product launches and manufacturing process development to ensure successful production readiness.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for production equipment and process-related issues.
  • Managing process control activities including PFMEA, capability studies, SPC, control plans, and process validation.
  • Maintaining manufacturing documentation, engineering changes, and process standards.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and productivity.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing excellence and achieve business objectives.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or production engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting new product launches, process development, and production equipment troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of quality and process control tools, including PFMEA, SPC, capability studies, and control plans.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing documentation, engineering change management, and process validation activities.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
