About this Position
We are seeking a talented and driven Creative Lead, Art to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the visual direction of exciting digital campaigns, events, and integrated brand experiences. You will collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and other creative team members to bring concepts to life, ensuring that our work is visually compelling, on-brand, and strategically aligned with stakeholder goals. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for executing and refining design concepts while also contributing to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emails, event materials, and more.
Collaborate with other creatives (copywriters, designers, and strategists) to develop integrated creative concepts that deliver on company objectives.
Ensure design work is on-brand, visually compelling, and optimized for different platforms and mediums.
Assist in the creation of presentations and pitches for clients, clearly communicating design ideas and concepts.
Stay on top of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure our work is innovative and fresh.
Work with production teams to manage the execution of creative concepts through to final delivery, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines.
Support senior creative leads by taking direction and providing fresh ideas while adhering to stakeholder briefs.
Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions, offering design solutions that push creative boundaries while maintaining practicality.
Work across multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in art direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across digital platforms, campaigns, and experiential.
Strong design skills, with expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Solid experience designing for digital channels, including websites, social media, digital ads, and email marketing.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.
Ability to take creative direction and translate it into effective visual design while also contributing your own ideas.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video production.
Familiarity with web design principles, UX/UI design, or digital advertising trends.
Experience working on high-profile campaigns or large-scale events.
Passion for creativity and staying ahead of design trends.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $106,400 - $133,000 plus variable compensation.
