Job Description

Responsibilities

•    Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging pre-sales demos, showcasing product features and benefits tailored to customer needs.
•    Post Installation Training: Guide customers through setup and provide comprehensive product training, ensuring correct usage and device familiarity.
•    Customer Support: Offer follow-up training and on-site or remote assistance, optimizing device usage and addressing any operational challenges.  Share best practices and clinical insights to help customers achieve optimal outcomes with the device, fostering loyalty and long-term engagement.
•    Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on product performance and share insights with the Product and Marketing teams for continuous improvement.  Serve as the voice of the customer in internal discussions, providing insights that can inform product upgrades, or support materials.
•    Technical Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing by attending conferences, trade shows, and other events to demonstrate the device and engage directly with prospective users, providing expert technical insights.
 

Education: Bachelor of Optometry preferred
