This role is responsible for identifying and executing opportunities across specific strategic priorities for substantial revenue growth within designated accounts, significantly influencing the organization's financial success. The role manages designated accounts, builds strong client relationships, and achieves sales quotas towards strategic priorities. They collaborate with multiple cross functional teams and implement pipeline management practices to drive growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Builds strong relationships with clients, understands their business goals and objectives, matches them with organization priorities, and selects appropriate option to achieve or exceed the goal in line with strategies drawn by the senior management

  • The role involves concentrating on the BFSI segment and driving acquisition business within One HP in India Inc. & PSU West collaborate, actively partnering with the team to identify and develop opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of budget and opportunity targets.
  • Leverages expertise to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple business units, within the account.
  • Acquiring new logos, creating HP presence by expanding market share in the priority area
  • Maintaining relationships and generating revenue from the newly acquired accounts in line with the goal
  • Trusted Technology Advisor to customers who can articulate succinctly the favorable outcomes for the customer
  • Manages and coordinates account plans for given set of accounts, focusing on the goal and steadily increasing share of wallet and value
  • Collaborates effectively with partners and specialists to create and implement account plans as appropriate to improve win rates on deals within the set of assigned accounts
  • Achieves and manages sales quotas on a quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly basis.
  • Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts, analyzing trends and recommending strategies for improvement.
  • Manages an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning
  • Demonstrates the ability to implement margin recovery strategies with complete accountability
  • Serves as the primary interface for international accounts, collaborating with global business teams and local teams.
  • Conducts product presentations and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of products.


    Education & Experience Recommended
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 15+ years of work experience, preferably in account management, product specialty (computers, printers, servers, storage), or a related field or an advanced degree with 10+ years of work experience.
  • Should have team management experience, ability manage & mentor team.
