Inside the Role
We are looking for highly motivated leader ready to fulfill supervisory responsibilities which include leading Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale activities relative to daily production responsibilities. This person would ensure adherence of all company policies within the department. They would manage daily manpower requirements to meet daily production demand, including changes in manpower, and training needs. Also, set-up and manage manufacturing production processes to manufacture products according to production specifications, build schedules, and quality standards. Lead teams to own their quality of product throughout the department. Maintain accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis. Ensure accountability for reaching daily quality and production goals while ensuring ISO 9001: 2015 standards are followed.Posting Information
