HCL Software's Workload Automation Lab Services organization is seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant / Architect to join a global team that delivers cutting-edge Professional Services and help drive business growth through Professional services delivery based on HCL Workload Automation, newborn HCL UnO Orchestrator, and Agentic AI based automation solutions that redefine business process efficiency.This role plays a key part in helping customers accelerate business value by implementing and modernizing their workflows and process Automation.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned workload automation expert with strong architectural leadership, hands-on technical depth, and a passion for Agentic AI, process automation transformation, and modern orchestration technologies. Experience with open-source workflow automation platforms such as Camunda is highly desirable.

This role combines thought leadership, solution architecture, client engagement, delivery excellence.
