THE JOB

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the upsell operations, including pricing, inventory control, project creation, and enhancing the overall guest experience at the Gorge Amphitheater in George, WA. This manager will be responsible for leading the team that helps generate VIP Club upgrades, premier parking and other parking products, lawn chair rentals, deck upsells, fast lane, and specifically camping upsells including RV Camping, Premier Camping, General Camping and Glamping options, while working in collaboration with the national pricing team.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Actively monitor ancillary inventory and collaborate with the pricing team to recommend strategies that drive incremental revenue and boost sales volume through effective merchandising, distribution, and marketing.
  • Manage the inventory strategy for The Gorge upsells, ensuring optimal sell-through rates in partnership with the ancillary pricing team.
  • Communicate product updates and changes for The Gorge camping to the pricing team, ensuring all camping options are accurately displayed online for maximum visibility and customer clarity.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust pricing and maximize revenue.
  • Identify and develop new projects to enhance the camping experience.
  • Oversee the implementation of new projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve overall upgreded experiences for guests.
  • Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all campers and guests.
  • Ensure the quality of experience of each upsell product matchest the price.

$62,000.00 USD - $78,000.00 USD

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
