Business Development Associate
Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a talented and driven Business Development Associate to help expand our footprint in the Chicago market.
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting Triumvirate’s growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales initiatives. Reporting out of our Wheeling, IL office, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Training Opportunity:
Based on the region you are reporting to, you will have the exciting opportunity to temporarily relocate to our headquarters in Boston for your first 3 months of field training performing our services at client sites followed by 1 month of additional sales training in the corporate office in Boston with your fellow sales team members. Here, you will undergo comprehensive sales training and engage in targeted prospecting activities for your home region. This unique experience in Boston is structured to equip you with advanced skills and knowledge, preparing you for a successful career in sales.
After your sales training in Boston (about 1 month), we will facilitate your relocation back to your home region, where you will apply your newly acquired expertise to drive sales growth and personal success.
This position reports to the National Sales Manager. The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000.
