We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP S/4HANA Security and GRC Analyst to support our SAP S/4HANA project migration and provide ongoing business support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), ensuring adherence to compliance standards. This role requires excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

​Salary Range: $110,400 - $130,500

Your Challenge:

  • SAP S/4HANA Migration: Support the migration of our SAP system to S/4HANA, including:
  • Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Security and GRC solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements, addressing findings promptly
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure develop security policies and controls
  • Ongoing Business Support: Provide technical support for our SAP systems, including:
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Working with our SAP RISE partners for patching, upgrades and feature pack updates
  • Ensuring system availability and performance
  • Implement and maintain SAP security best practices, including:
  • Authentication and authorization
  • Data encryption and protection
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements

                

Your Expertise:

  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP Security, including At least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation with SAP RISE and private cloud
  • Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation and support
  • Expertise in SAP security configuration and management
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Familiarity with SAP and / or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Exposure to global SAP implementations or rollouts.
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • SAP certification in Basis and/or Security, or S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • BASIS exposure/knowledge is preferred
