本ポジションでは、事業部戦略に基づき、担当マーケット/部門における製品販売を担当していただきます。持続的な受注拡大、売上、収益性、市場シェア、顧客満足の向上を目的に、定量・定性の両面での営業目標達成を担います。あわせて、新たな販売機会の特定および開拓も行います。
本ポジションはハイブリッド勤務となります。
主な業務内容
蓄電池、太陽光、風力発電など、再生可能エネルギー市場の企業に対するソリューション提案(新規開拓営業)
ABBのスイッチギアおよびRMU(リングメインユニット)と他社製変圧器を組み合わせ、ベトナム工場でパッケージ化した製品の提案・販売
複数製品を組み合わせ、顧客ニーズに最適なソリューションを検討・提案
既存メンバーが未カバーの企業を中心とした新規アプローチ(顧客情報を活用)
Salesforceでのリサーチ、オンライン検索、展示会での名刺交換、ダイレクトメール、テレマーケティングなど多様な手法による新規ビジネス開拓
最先端技術および専門家と連携し、将来を形づくるソリューション開発・提案に貢献
応募資格(Qualifications)
高専卒以上
BtoB市場における新規開拓または深耕営業経験3年以上(製造業での経験歓迎)
電気製品に関する基礎知識
日本語:JLPT N1レベル以上
英語:読み書きが可能なレベル(ビジネス基礎レベル)

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be esponsible for the sales of products within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Achieves both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Responsible to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is hybrid.
You will be mainly accountable for:
You will be making solution proposals (new sales) to companies in the renewable energy market, such as storage batteries, solar power, and wind power generation.
We will bundle ABB switchgear and ring main units with other companies' transformers at our factory in Vietnam and sell them as a package. You will combine multiple products and make proposals while thinking about what will best meet the customer's needs.
Initially, you will approach companies that have not yet been covered by existing members who have collected customer information. There are various other ways to develop business, such as searching on Salesforce, searching online, exchanging business cards at exhibitions, direct mail, and telemarketing.

Qualifications for the role
College of Technology graduate or above
3+ years of new or deep sales experience in B to B market (preferably in manufacturing industry)
Basic knowledge of electrical products
【Japanese】JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language
【English】Good English reading and writing skills (Reading and writing level (English)
