Job Description:
*Business Partnering:
- Liaising with the Egypt Local GS Organization to provide support to hubs and solutions to achieve business objectives.
- This role will partner directly with the Local GS organization and will be a key stakeholder in ensuring accurate booking in SAP financial systems. Continuous improvement in methodology of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the team and processes.
* Financial Analysis/Tax and Reporting:
- Manage and ensure accurate booking and forecast together with Business partners with 3 tier model.
- Ensure the legality, timeliness and correctness of end-to-end Purchase to Pay process, create orders in Ariba/Emarketplace.
- Preparation of all Bank activities with accuracy.
- Responds to ad-hoc analysis requests from local & regional management on a timely basis.
- Providing support to the manager related to all activities under Local GS.
- Responsible for the timely and high-quality review of financial and tax reporting of the enterprise and submit them to state institutions in accordance with the current legislation of Egypt.
*Internal controls
- Ensure adherence to SOX, WWP's, internal policies and procedures as well as supporting compliance activities including internal/external audits.
- Compliance:
- Liaise with the Global Compliance to ensure implementation of all policies and procedures.
- Drive a culture of compliance in the organization.
- Assists with providing accurate and timely finance information.
- Compiles financial data in support of leadership presentations and communications. Contributes to the arrangement of financial documents and organizes them by priority. Calculates needs assessments based upon department goals.
- Coordinates partnership events to maximize visibility and capability of the department. Develops basic communications to support leadership in relationship growth. Understands and applies

Qualifications:
Experience Required:
- Education: University degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Years of Experience: 2 - 5 years of working experience in finance and accounting, ability to work in a highly complex, dynamic environment.
- Very strong team player and good communication skills.
- Flexible, has can do attitude and solution oriented.
- Works well under pressure and in complex organizations.
- Positive and result oriented mindset
- Language: English, Arabic.
Technical/Functional Skills Required:
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with teams to drive business performance
- Proficiency in MS office suite specifically advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Working knowledge of SAP and other J&J systems will be an advantage
