Job Description:
At Huntsman, we are looking for a positive and energetic Customer Service Representative to support B2B customers in line with our business and supply chain processes. In this role, you will take full ownership of Order-to-Cash performance while ensuring service level compliance.
You will join our international EAME Customer Service team, managing daily customer interactions across order management, logistics coordination, and post-delivery support.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will oversee the full sales order lifecycle - from order entry and coordination to delivery, invoicing, and follow-up, while developing your customer service and supply chain expertise in a dynamic environment.
