We’re now looking for a passionate Member Services Consultant to join our Personal Finance team — someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, delivers exceptional member experiences, meets performance goals, and contributes to the positive momentum of a high‑performing, supportive team.

 What you’ll be doing

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, building rapport and identifying members’ personal finance needs
• Converting enquiries into finance opportunities and loan applications
• Supporting members across phone and digital channels with exceptional service
• Managing loan maintenance requests, payment updates and general enquiries
• Maintaining accurate member information and ensuring compliance standards are met
• Collaborating with RAC Finance teams and contributing to ongoing improvement

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in customer service and sales (essential)
• Finance industry experience (desirable but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people
• Ability to prioritise, work at pace and meet targets
• High attention to detail and a teamwork mindset
