The Senior Graphic Designer leads the creation of high-impact, on-brand creative across print, digital, experiential, and presentation formats. This role brings a strong design point of view, deep brand understanding, and advanced production expertise to enterprise initiatives, while providing visual leadership and mentorship within the Creative Studio.

The Senior Graphic Designer works independently and collaboratively to shape visual systems, guide execution, and ensure creative excellence across high-visibility projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of creative assets across advertising, presentations, trade shows, experiential environments, and marketing collateral.
• Bring a strong, informed design perspective to multiple visual expressions of the Leidos brand.
• Develop and apply visual systems, layouts, and graphic standards aligned to brand guidelines.
• Provide art direction, feedback, and design guidance to other designers as needed.
• Collaborate with art directors, producers, content partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite and approved AI-assisted tools to explore concepts and accelerate production responsibly.
• Apply design judgment to refine, edit, and finalize AI-assisted or exploratory assets into polished deliverables.
• Maintain high standards for file organization, accessibility, and production quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field and 8+ years of professional design experience in a corporate or agency environment. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong brand, campaign, and systems-level design.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, including executive-level presentations.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay Range $82,550.00 - $149,225.00
