Enablement Business Partner, Customer Teams
Location: This role is available for hybrid work (2 days in office) from our office in Chicago or from the US hub cities (New York, Boston, Austin) where we connect 2 times a month in co-working spaces
About the Customer Enablement Business Partner, Customer Teams at Showpad:

The Enablement Business Partner, Customer Teams strategically partners with the Customer Growth leadership team to establish what it means to be the best, identify needs/gaps, and create enablement programs to close the gap for account managers. You will develop and deliver best-in-class enablement for both new hires and tenured account managers, and measure the effectiveness and impact to the business.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the wider sales, marketing, revenue operations and wider cross-functional teams on scaled global enablement programs based on key GTM priorities. Working collaboratively in a small, high performing team, you will also contribute thought leadership and innovation to optimize team best practices, which can then be shared externally to fuel Showpad’s leadership in the enablement space.
