Preparation of dwg drawings for all bridge types.
Manage dwg deliverables and assist the project manager in preparing tender documents for bridge projects.
Develop the company's CAD expertise and skills using innovative tools.
Apply CAD knowledge to the preparation of detailed design drawings.
Preparation of structural details for the various components of a steel, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete bridge.
Understand and master all the concepts of pavement geometry.
Prepare final design drawings.
Management of electronic files through to archiving.
Provide assistance, support and participate in the training of other team technicians.
Any other related tasks.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years' experience in the bridge industry is required, as well as mastery of the tasks involved in preparing project plans and specifications.
A college diploma in civil engineering is desirable.
Must have AutoCAD and MicroStation skills to prepare bridge design drawings.
Knowledge of Bluebeam, MS Office, 3D modeling, in addition to programming, software installation and support skills is desirable.
Ability to create 3D models using BIM tools (Revit, Civil 3D or Tekla) is an asset.
Skill with Rhino 3D and Grasshopper for creating 3D renderings is desirable.
Ability to create CAD templates and models.

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $87,800 - $131,600 annually for this position and local market.
