Job Description​

Comprehensively coordinates and manages the scheduling of  patients for Nuclear imaging procedures according to orders. Provide effective communication to patients regarding appointment and testing instructions and preparations.

• Serves as an agent to improve customer service and provide a layer of safety throughout the scheduling process.  

• Participates regularly in the evaluation of the scheduling process to ensure the patient is placed in the safest environment possible.

• Evaluates resources needed to safely perform the designated procedure requiring  clinical knowledge, critical thinking and communication skills.

• Efficiently and timely manage all EPIC referral work queues for scheduling of incoming patient appointments.
