WHAT YOU’LL DO
Contribute to a Scrum team across all phases of the service lifecycle, including conception, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations
Design and architect performant, scalable, and secure software with a strong focus on quality beyond basic requirements
Apply object-oriented analysis, design, and programming principles, including SOLID principles and established design patterns
Provide technical guidance to the development team to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable software operating on large datasets
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability
Develop and execute unit, integration, and static testing strategies
Apply practical knowledge of AI-assisted SDLC frameworks and best practices
Improve software development processes by recommending and driving changes
Identify and automate repetitive processes and tasks
Contribute to and enhance automated CI/CD deployment and upgrade workflows
Use monitoring and observability tools to proactively identify and resolve issues
Improve software quality and completeness while sharing knowledge across the team
Troubleshoot issues, fix defects, and respond to client-specific problems
Provide guidance and coaching to team members through knowledge sharing
Participate in on-call support rotations (second-line support) after gaining relevant experience
Support a learning culture and promote a healthy, collaborative work environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
At least five years of experience developing commercial-grade software using C# or related object-oriented languages such as Java or C++
Strong experience with SaaS systems, including multi-tenant architecture, subscription lifecycle, and operational support
Deep understanding of observability and telemetry, including distributed tracing, metrics, logging, alerting, and incident response
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, and debugging
Experience with cloud DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Harness, LaunchDarkly)
Experience working in agile teams, including mentoring, feature leadership, and cross-team collaboration
Experience with observability tools such as New Relic or Splunk
Fluency in English
Preferred
Experience working with large-scale, distributed systems and data-intensive platforms
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and frameworks
Experience improving engineering processes and automation in cloud-native environments

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
208 000 and 312 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
