Job Description Summary:
This position supervises the daily operations of the medical imaging team, ensuring the delivery of services for their areas of clinical care. Specific responsibilities include staff training, customer experience, staffing oversight, interdisciplinary collaboration and guiding the team to problem solve. This position reports to the Administrative Manager of Medical Imaging and has direct reports including Team Leads/Supervisors and staff level associates within the department. The Associate Manager carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with OhioHealth policies and applicable laws. This leader sets priorities for the Team Leads/Supervisors to ensure front line tasks are completed as pertaining to departmental goals and objectives. Other responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work within the imaging department. The role receives guidance from the Administrative Manager and has an active role in interviewing, hiring, payroll, performance evaluation, recognition, performance management, and addressing staff/patient concerns.Minimum Qualifications:
