At VML THE COCKTAIL, we believe that strategy is only as good as its execution. We are looking for a Transformation & Delivery Senior Consultant who thrives at the intersection of ambition and delivery: someone who can take bold transformation visions and turn them into structured, measurable reality for some of the world's largest international organizations. 

This role is not about managing timelines on a spreadsheet. It's about being the connective tissue of complex, long-running transformation programs, orchestrating multidisciplinary teams, building trust with senior client stakeholders, and ensuring that strategy, design, marketing, and technology all move in the same direction at the same pace. You will be embedded in client engagements over the long term, becoming a trusted partner who understands their culture, their constraints, and their ambitions from the inside out.

In your day to day you will: 

  • Lead specific workstreams within large-scale, long-term transformation programs across industries such as retail, financial services, travel, and telco, ensuring delivery stays on scope, time, and budget while maintaining strategic alignment. 
  • Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders at mid and senior levels, building trusted relationships that extend beyond task execution. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning strategy, marketing, product design, and technology, helping align diverse disciplines around shared goals and resolving blockers with confidence. 
  • Design and implement PMO frameworks, governance models, and operating rhythms adapted to each client's context, maturity level, and transformation ambition. 
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery gaps early, leading the necessary conversations to course-correct with agility. 
  • Facilitate client workshops and alignment sessions that keep transformation momentum alive and decision-making on track. 
  • Translate project status, risks, and decisions into clear communications for both internal teams and client stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, Technology, Data, and Design leads to ensure implementation remains grounded in the right vision and stays executable. 

What we want from you: 

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting, or transformation delivery roles, ideally within a consulting environment or managing programs on the client side. 
  • Proven ability to lead workstreams independently within complex, multi-disciplinary transformation programs, with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes. 
  • Solid client relationship skills: you are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and building lasting trust through clear communication and consistent delivery. 
  • Strong coordination skills: you know how to bring together people from different disciplines and keep them moving as a cohesive team. 
  • Familiarity with the intersection of strategy, marketing, design, and technology. You don't need to be a specialist in all of them, but you need to speak their languages. 
  • Structured thinker and clear communicator: you can turn ambiguity into a plan and complexity into a story. 
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where the path is not always clearly defined. 
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential given the international nature of our client base.
