Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the project, and providing technical expertise and guidance. With your leadership skills and technical knowledge, you will drive the team towards achieving project goals and delivering high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. - Manage the project and ensure timely delivery. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team. - Drive the team towards achieving project goals. - Deliver high-quality applications. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues. - Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders. - Continuously improve processes and methodologies. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration. - Strong understanding of application design, development, and configuration. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors. - Knowledge of HR processes and regulations. - Experience in implementing and customizing SAP HCM modules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
