About you?

As a key member of the Finance Center of Excellence in our Belgian headquarters located in La Hulpe, you will play a leading role in Process and Risk analysis, and significantly contribute to our ongoing back-office systems renewal and transformation project.
You, as a Finance Senior Process & Risk Analyst, will:
- Lead process change request analysis:
- Clearly understand and articulate the intended business value or objective of change requests;
- Independently develop an action plan, identifying well-defined tasks to analyze process changes, focusing on (a) best practices, (b) efficiency, and (c) a strong risk and control environment;
- Document process flows using industry-standard tools and conventions;
- Perform gap analysis against best-practice processes;
- Provide crisp, clear, and concise recommendations to process/control owners, including presenting findings to Senior Management;
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Drive risk analysis and control assessments:
- Lead Risk and Control Analysis, identifying risks, mapping them to controls, and assessing control effectiveness and efficiency;
- Execute Risk Assessments on a variety of topics across the Finance organization;
- Deliver quarterly reports on key milestones within the Risk Roadmap;
- Conduct User Access Management reviews to ensure appropriate system access rights and mitigate potential risks;
- Foster a strong risk management culture within Finance.
- Contribute to project management:
- Support the successful execution of our back-office systems renewal by analyzing impacts on finance processes and controls;
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are aligned with business objectives;
- Manage project timelines, deliverables with key stakeholders, and potential risks related to process changes.
While there is always room to learn, we expect the following qualifications to ensure your and our team’s success:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business administration, or a related field;
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar role, a background in audit or project management is a plus;
- Strong knowledge of the key Finance processes and risk management;
- Ability to understand process owner requirements, identify problems, and gather relevant information;
- Ability to maintain the bigger picture perspective, while diving into details when needed;
- Creative problem solver who enjoys generating new ideas and processes to improve performance;
- Self-driven, proactive, curious and results-oriented;
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present analysis to senior management
- Experience in SAP GRC is a plus
