Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance while adapting to evolving project requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: •Hands on experience of design and execution of Asset hierarchy, asset nomenclature, Functional location, asset analytics, asset residual life and asset retirement activities. Professional & Technical Skills: "A. A minimum of 7-8 years of Smart Foundation experience in the following specific skills: B. Hands on experience working with SDx/ SPF Administration activities like Creating Forms (create/update/details/copy), Reports, User creation etc. C. Managing Security within the application like Access groups, Owning groups and Roles D. Very good knowledge in Document management, Transmittals, workflows, Vault management with replication and various other SPF functionalities. E. Proper working knowledge and experience about SmartPlant Modules like Schema Object Administration, Server Manager and Schema Editor F. SPF schema management: Hierarchy, Class Def, Interface Def, Property Def, Rel Def, View Def, Edge Def, Graph Def G. Well versed with Installation and configuration of applications including SmartPlant Foundation, SmartPlant Markup, SDV, SmartPlant License Manager or Intergraph smart Licensing, SmartPlant Interop Publisher H. Integration of Smart Plant tools with SmartPlant Foundation (SPID, SEL, SI, S3D) I. Mapping of properties from various SmartPlant tools to SPF and vice versa J. Good Knowledge of Authoring Domains (LLA, IPD, etc) or creation of custom Domains in SPF. K. Backup and Restore of SmartPlant Foundation. L. Knowledge of the database of SPF including DB maintenance, SDV Integration with SDx/ SPF for data Validation M. Configure SPF WebClient for SPF/ SDx N. Good Knowledge of working on API's to Integrate SPF with third party tools like Power BI etc. O. Resolving installation, configuration issues related to Document management systems including workflows and transmittals. P. Experience in upgrading SPF and Database to latest Versions. Q. Experience in working on critical issues which arise with the Integration systems while publishing data/Retrieving, Mapping, schema validation and performance issues. R. Understanding the table structure of SPF/ SDx, which will allow looking at the database level and understand the issues in less time with tools like SQL Developer or SSMS. S. Working knowledge of Datasheet and Data list functionalities" "Smart Plant Foundation SDx Configuration Integration with authoring tool " Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
