Job Description:
- Identifies and qualifies potential clients within the banking sector through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders at banks, understanding their needs and positioning Datapro’s solutions effectively.
- Delivers engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our software and financial solutions.
- Prepares and negotiates proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and client requirements.
- Meets and exceeds individual and team sales targets through effective account management and sales strategies.
- Works closely with marketing, professional services, product development, and customer support teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is communicated.
- Keeps abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Keep updated records of the sales efforts and progress made, following the Sales Cycle defined and utilizing the tools and internal systems provided by Datapro.
- Job requires over 40% of time traveling to client’s locations.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Systems Engineering or a related field.
Required experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Core Banking software solutions and financial products.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
