Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the operational efficiency and strategic execution of the Marketing team. This role ensures seamless project management across enterprise initiatives, delivers operational reporting and insights, manages time-tracking compliance, supporting vendor onboarding and regulatory risk management, and assisting with budgetary analysis and invoice processing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as technical aptitude and project management capabilities—especially in supporting and optimizing the Workfront project management platform. This position is key to driving accountability, continuous process improvement, and enhanced decision-making for the marketing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Workfront administrative support, including user onboarding, permissions management, process documentation and troubleshooting to enhance team efficiency and project execution
  • Apply project management best practices to plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and proactive risk mitigation
  • Extract and analyze Workfront data to provide meaningful insights that improve team efficiency, workload balancing, and project execution
  • Deliver regular reporting to senior leadership that informs decision-making regarding resource allocation and strategic marketing investments, as well as operational enhancements. Craft ad-hoc reports and dashboards for management and enhanced project supervisory oversight
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with operational processes, including time-tracking and reporting addressing non-compliance in alignment with leadership
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, Risk and internal Marketing partners to support vendor onboarding, ensuring alignment with internal policies and timely execution
  • Track compliance findings and remediation efforts, ensuring on-time delivery of corrective actions and risk mitigation strategies by Marketing counterparts
  • Work closely with the VP Marketing Operations to support marketing budget analysis at both an aggregate and team-based level. Assist in preparing monthly budget reports, identifying trends, variances, and optimization opportunities. Support with invoice processing as requested

Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience within the marketing field
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Interest in marketing technology and willingness to learn new platforms (Workfront experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work on projects—through internships, coursework, campus activities, or early work experience—showing initiative and follow-through
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts; formal training or coursework is a plus but not required
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement
  • Certification or coursework in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile) is a plus
  • B2B and/or B2C retail financial services experience preferred; investment marketing experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing, running, or supporting marketing campaigns (can include academic, internship, or volunteer experience)
