Who you are:
As a Trust Systems Support Specialist you are our first point of contact when problems arise. You’ll play an important role in providing initial response and support to Trust system users. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure issues are resolved with the internal Trust 3000 program, as well as with Trust Online. More than that, this role is about giving users the best chance to succeed with our signature all-win approach.
What you’ll do:
Provide help and solutions, where possible, to Trust system users; specifically with the internal Trust 3000 program as well as with Trust Online
Establish user IDs and profiles for Trust 3000 internal users and both internal and external Trust Online users
Compile reports for management
Coordinate quarterly user profile reviews as required by audit
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in a trust department
