As a Coordinator at Cleveland Clinic’s Sports Medicine Center, you will be responsible for providing business support services for the contracted professional teams, colleges and high schools. These services may include claims processing, specialized billing and insurance claims resolution. This is a fast-paced, exciting position that offers the opportunity to work with insurance administrators, team trainers and sports medicine leadership.  
 

A caregiver in this position works the day shift from 8:00AM – 5:00PM. This position has the potential to work a hybrid or remote schedule.  
 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Coordinate department project activities by distributing reports, facilitating analyses and reporting information.   

  • Develop department resource databases to facilitate management of various project activities.  

  • Coordinate department scheduling of individuals, resources and activities.  

  • Collect, maintain and report information for the department such as patient information, budgets, caregiver PTO and schedule.  

  • Function as a department liaison.  

  • Assist with performance evaluations, counseling and onboarding of new caregivers.  

  • Perform duties related to the preparation, implementation and analysis of special studies and projects.  

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.  


Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • High school diploma or GED. 

  • 3 years of experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects.  

  • Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing and database software.
