$86,482.00 - $129,723.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
Independently lead and manage the provision of high-quality customer care in technical solutions and support, while ensuring the School of Nursing's systems operate efficiently and securely. Lead technology initiatives in collaboration with faculty and cross-functional teams to introduce and integrate innovative technology that enhances nursing education, including digital learning/collaboration, high-fidelity simulation, and augmented/virtual reality simulation tools. Collaborate with the University and Medical Center IT organizations to ensure technical alignment, efficiency, security, and cost containment. Significant industry knowledge, creativity, ingenuity and flexibility are expected. Directs and supervises professional staff and resources to ensure effective and efficient departmental operations and School objectives. This position will also perform analytics using multiple data sources to monitor trends, project outcomes, and creatively inform leadership decisions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
