By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from our Bucharest office.

How you’ll make an impact

• Deliver accurate financial forecasts in line with the IBPM calendar, ensuring they are usable within the S&OP cycle;

• Ensure forecasted and budgeted financials, including Brand P&Ls, are reported accurately;

• Prepare monthly management accounts and provide clear cause of change analysis to support business decisions;

• Ensure actual financial results are reported accurately and on time, providing relevant insights to senior management;

• Support the implementation of global, regional, and local finance projects and initiatives;

• Ensure administrative overheads and other income/expenses are accurately recorded and compliant with statutory requirements;

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support financial processes and corporate tasks;

• Perform monthly financial reviews (P&L, COS, UPIS), including variance analysis and LRD checks;

• Monitor and control Admin Overheads (OVH) and Other Income & Expenses (OIE);

• Review both statutory and management P&L, identifying and addressing deviations from budget;

• Ensure strong control over accounting processes and contribute to a robust financial control environment.

Skills that make your work successful

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance;

• Good knowledge of IFRS;

• Fluent in Romanian and English (written and spoken);

• Strong financial accounting and analytical skills;

• Results-driven, with a proactive approach and willingness to take ownership;

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

• Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of SAP;

• Experience with SAP BI/BPC for forecasting and reporting is a plus.
