  • Provide administration and operational support to management across the business.
  • Ensure the effective execution of procedures and the smooth functioning of the team providing a global service, from coordination with the internal teams and external parties, processing expenses, to raising and receipting purchase requisitions.

Key accountabilities


• Manage day-to-day communications as the main point of contact for internal teams and external clients.
• Liaise and collaborate with a network of other executive assistants (both internally in Euronext, and in the financial market ecosystem).

• Manage diary, scheduling across multiple time zones and business travels.
• Prepare complex documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide project management assistance by coordinating in the team’s activities. while proposing process improvements as necessary based on incident analyses.
• Liaise and Administer commercial contacts and actions in the Euronext CRM tool.
• Review monthly invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
• Contribute to the management and processing of complex corporate actions in coordination with relevant Euronext departments.
• Coordinate the team’s activities while proposing process improvements as necessary based on incident analyses.
• Advise business partners and clients on Euronext’s rules, existing regulations and technical possibilities.
• Liaise and collaborate with local regulators on specific admissions and rules and regulations.
