YOUR MISSION

Your mission will be to ensure accuracy and consistency in the management of contracts by reviewing contract terms and updating relevant data across systems such as Salesforce, internal spreadsheets, and the backend. You will play a critical role in maintaining seamless alignment between contract documentation and internal databases, enabling the business to make informed decisions and streamline operations. 

THE JOURNEY

  • Contract Review and Analysis:
    • Review contracts for accuracy and completeness.
    • Ensure key contract terms (such as pricing, timelines, and service levels) are correctly reflected in internal systems.
    • Highlight discrepancies between contracts and system data, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Data Management in Salesforce:
    • Update Salesforce with accurate information from preferred partnership contracts.
    • Track contract statuses, renewals, and amendments in Salesforce.
    • Ensure that Salesforce data is consistent with backend systems and spreadsheets.
  • Spreadsheet Management:
  • Maintain and update internal spreadsheets with key contract information.
  • Assist in building a tracking system for preferred partnership performance metrics and contract expirations.
  • Backend and Admin Alignment:
    • Ensure that information across Salesforce, backend admin systems, and spreadsheets is synchronized and up to date.
    • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of data in all systems.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare reports on contract status, discrepancies found, and data updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Document the process for reviewing contracts and updating systems for future reference.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Availability for 6 months full-time internship 
  • Advanced english
  • Educational Background: Business, Law, Finance, or related fields
  • Experience (nice to have): Contract management, data handling, or administrative or content management roles
  • Contract Familiarity (nice to have): Basic understanding of contracts and legal terms.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate contract review and data management.
  • Spreadsheet Skills: Excel/Google Sheets knowledge (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Organizational Skills: Able to prioritize tasks and manage contract timelines.
  • Communication: Clear collaboration with legal, finance, and tech teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
