Description -
This role is for a sales specialist who will support the Commercial field sales organization. The individual in this position will be tasked with selling to InPlant clients (such as colleges and universities, K-12 schools, municipal and state entities, corporate InPlants, etc.), showcasing comprehensive product and industry expertise, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and understanding client needs. This role involves managing sales opportunities, creating proposals and quotes, and working with both clients and internal teams to design tailored solutions. Additionally, the position contributes to sales forecasting, resolves client issues, and seeks to penetrate an underserved segment of the industry for HP Industrial.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $194,800 to $281,450 annually, with a 50/50 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
