OVERVIEW:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Talent and Team Management
Communicate and implement strategic plans and initiatives across all sales divisions.
Drive accountability within the team as a sales subject matter expert, leveraging data for optimization.
Sales Enablement Strategy
Act as a bridge between CSC and the field, influencing sales initiatives and strategies.
Collaborate with District Managers to enhance market share and brand love, ensuring seamless omnichannel athlete experiences.
Provide valuable input to corporate Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams based on field insights.
Sales Proficiency and Execution
Serve as the primary resource for District Managers, taking responsibility for achieving sales targets.
Coach and train District Managers and Store Managers to enhance sales proficiency.
Analyze complex problems related to market share, competition, and athlete needs using data and observation.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Sales Expertise
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the sales components of the business, actively improving proficiencies for financial success and a positive athlete experience.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in sales categories, selling skills, athlete needs, services, credit card, and scorecard execution.
Strategic Leadership
Lead effectively through organizational change and ambiguity.
Collaborate cross-functionally to unleash growth potential with a customer focus.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on continuous improvement
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in geography and communities.
Contribute to a productive and engaging culture that instills confidence and capacity in teammates and athletes.
Build a diverse talent bench and assist in creating development plans to grow talent for the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree Business or other related discipline
5-7 years experience
5-7 years- Retail sales, Customer Relations
