Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and governance of systems while adhering to best practices for service delivery. Your typical day will involve developing, deploying, and supporting infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives, all while collaborating with various teams to align with existing standards and methods of delivery. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes that impact both your immediate team and the broader organization, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure As Code (IaC), Microsoft Azure DevOps, Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management and deployment. - Experience with monitoring and incident response tools. - Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages. Additional Information: - --strong SREs/DevOps skill --excel in cloud- Azure/AWS/GCP- atleast in 1 --IaC - AKS, Azure Defender, similar in AWS and GCP --Python and Powershell scripting --CI/CD expertise --Terraform modules to enable native apps- capture policies --Reliability at Scale - A 15 years full time education is required.
