We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive Senior Treasury Management Sales Consultant to drive Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) growth across our Commercial Real Estate portfolio. You will identify opportunities within an existing book of business and partner closely with Relationship Managers to expand GPL fee revenue and deposits, deepen wallet share, and elevate client outcomes. This is a consultative role requiring frequent in‑person and virtual client engagement, strong command of Treasury Management best practices, and a confident executive presence to effectively engage the C‑suite at client organizations. You will collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders across Banking, Sales Support, Product, Implementation, and Risk to deliver modern, scalable treasury solutions that streamline operations and optimize liquidity.

In this role, you will:

  • Own a defined CRE client portfolio; build and execute account plans to deliver net-new deposits, fee revenue, and wallet share
  • Proactively source, qualify, and progress a pipeline of GPL opportunities (payables, receivables, liquidity, and related cash‑management solutions)
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to coordinate coverage, prepare joint calls, and align sales motions for complex CRE client needs
  • Lead discovery sessions with CFO/COO/Controller and treasury leads to assess cash positioning, liquidity strategy, and operational workflows; translate findings into solution roadmaps
  • Deliver compelling executive‑level narratives and business cases that quantify value (efficiency gains, risk reduction, yield/ECR optimization, working‑capital impact).
    • Collaborate across Banking, Client Delivery, Middle Office, Sales Support, and Risk/Compliance to ensure disciplined execution and exceptional client experience

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in consultative sales, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and disciplined account planning

  • Knowledge of CRE operating models and cash‑flow dynamics

Job Expectations:

  • This position will require up to 50% of travel
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule 
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$191,000.00 - $305,000.00
