B. Tech in Computer Science or MCA with 5-7 years of experience in technical program management in a IT Industry.
- Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of project/program management - prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments.
- 4+ years of significant hands-on experience with managing multiple, complex development/operational projects.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools like MS Project, JIRA etc.,
- Ability to collaborate with multiple functional teams, report and present to senior management.
- Good understanding of project management best practice frameworks.
- Proven track record of results and execution in a tight schedule and often abstract environment.
- Extensive experience in platform engineering planning, procurement, deployment, and Integration.
- Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues.
- Highly motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude, willingness to take informed risks in order to achieve desired team goals.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
