Wholesale Lending operations officer is responsible for end-to-end processing of credit, loan documentation and building the deal in system. This role ensures that all facility and security documents are accurately prepared, executed, and managed in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. The officer will work closely with multiple stakeholders, Relationship Managers, legal counsel, Risk, auditors and other internal / external teams, while maintaining rigorous control over documentation and system records.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and executing standard and negotiated documents, Credit Agreements, Collaterals agreements and other regulatory required documents and prepare documentation checklists
• Working closely with business and securing confirmation from Relationship Managers on draft documentation.
• Verify the executed documents and perfecting in systems
• Set up and manage facility-wise credit lines in the systems.
• Act as the Business Activity Owner for Third Party Management tasks, coordinating with vendors for related activities.
• Communicate with external legal counsel regarding specific agreements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and internal legal counsel for non-standard documentation.
• Assist with the creation of processes, standards, procedures, controls, training, and implementation of transaction management.
• Constantly improve processes, controls and efficiencies within the group
• Ensure that quality of data, controls and processes performed meet internal policies and regulatory requirements/expectations.
• Prepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors as well as contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings
• Interpret data, make recommendations, identify policy gaps, and assist in formulating policies
• Maintain various trackers as per business requirements

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in similar position or area
• Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domain
• Individual must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Individual must work well under tight deadlines, manage priorities, and complete assigned tasks with minimal management follow up. 
• Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Client relationship and solution skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
