Position Details

Manage, track, report incoming/outgoing client materials and equipment. Maintain safe, organized, clean warehouse and work environment. Report daily to Clay, NY warehouse market management.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and record company inventory, provide regular updates.

  • Manage client assets, scan, inventory, and report status.

  • Manage warehouse staff.

  • Maintain relationships with internal and external customers, representing Tilson in a professional and positive manor.

  • Receive, inventory, manage store, and ship products in warehouse.

  • Organize and clean warehouse premises.

  • Monitor and manage inventory.

  • Manage logistics, shipping, loading, and unloading of products.

  • Deliver and pickup materials from other facilities and jobsites.

  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

  • Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care.

  • Drive a company truck, sometimes with a trailer.

  • Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.

  • Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials.

  • Maintain a safe, OSHA compliant work environment at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Forklift experience.

  • Ability to lift 75 pounds.

  • High school degree or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Products with working knowledge of computer.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to work independently.

  • Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.

Must be at least 21 years of age to meet Tilson’s driving eligibility requirements.

Tilson leads with integrity around pay transparency; as part of the compensation plan for this position you can expect a pay range of:

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00
