ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Manager supporting our UTEC business under North America Building Technologies Business.

This position will be based in Monterrey (Mexico) and will serve as a key member of our Building Technologies Finance team to support the management of UTEC P&L, cash performance, and other key financials.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the key UTEC finance business partner and work closely with business management and operations to drive financial performance improvements.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results and initiating corrective actions.
• Oversee the reporting of accurate and timely financial information for the abovementioned business.
• Regularly review/analyze key performance trends (orders, backlog, sales, margins, etc.) to understand and communicate the risks and opportunities of the business.
• Review new business proposals, including capital investments, and provide recommendations
• Provide technical, and financial subject matter expertise to the business leadership team.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and investigations as requested by leadership.
• Be vocal in driving an ethical culture in support of Carrier policies and procedures.
• Drive a culture that embraces and strives for continuous improvement.
