Why This Role Matters:
The Annuity Administration Non-Financial Processor performs foundational tasks related to servicing in force annuity contracts. Responsibilities include executing standard non-financial transactions, updating client records and supporting daily operations within defined procedures. This role requires accuracy, base product knowledge and strong adherence to compliance protocols.
How You’ll Contribute:
Assist with processing all types of annuities in force transactions as needed
Provide information regarding contract values, request status updates, withdrawals, outstanding requirements, and any other transaction related to Annuity Administration
Review and validate documentation to ensure request meets regulatory, product and policy standards before processing. Verify all required information is complete. If something is missing, prepare and send a request for not in good order requirements to the financial representative or contract owner either via email, mail or outbound call to communicate
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of operational/customer service or processing experience or a combination is preferred; annuity experience preferred
Proven ability to communicate effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment
