JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.RESPONSIBILITIES:        

  • Deliver Annual Sales Target, Territory Plans and Strategies
  • Manage the distributor to perform the following functions to achieve In- Market Sales Target.
  • Manage the distributor to perform the following functions to provide professional Surgeon Support
  • To perform the function of distributor support and monitoring
  • Market Situation Feedback
  • To review, build up and modify the sales team structure, account allocation and regional 
  • Monthly/weekly business reports to regional Sales Manager
  • Organize monthly/weekly distributor meeting for the territory or region so as to review the update customer account issue.
  • Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager.

2.REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:       

Associate Bachelor's degree above.

Industry Experience:

  • Develops and maintains new business, works closely with Physicians to become a source of education and information. Gains respect and trust with internal and external customers quickly.
  • Previous experience in coaching and mentoring staff.
  • Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss the industry process and function with customers, as well as internal and external experts.

Selling Skills

  • Selling skills that include managing customer relationships, discovery of customer needs/requirements, follow up of sales leads, demonstrating the products, able to develop solutions and resolve problems, negotiating and closing the deal.

  • Open communication and listening: Ensures an accurate understanding and acts in a way that facilitates open exchange of ideas and information.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suites i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in biomedical / engineering / medical science / human movement or related field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician) essential.
  • Additional tertiary qualifications in business management are advantageous.
