The Director, Accounting Operations & Administration Services manages one Staff Accountant, the Accounts Payable Department, Payroll Department and Office Services Department.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Manages Accounts Payable, Payroll, Office Services Departments and staff. Business owner of Great Plains, Concur, Document Imaging, Pitney Bowes and FedEx.
ME, YE reports, audits, management.
Insurance, Cryos & Service, Rents Severances, FDGs and Leases.
Travel Manager.
American Express cards (~750 cards).
Implementations, upgrades, special projects.
Problem solving.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5 years related experience.
Physical Requirements:
Standard office environment.
More than 50% of the time:
Sit, stand, and walk.
Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs.
See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients.
Less than 50% of the time:
Stoop, kneel or crawl.
Climb and balance.
Carry and lift 10-20 pounds.
